I was looking for a particular Mercedes with a high specification and the detailed AutoTrader ad prompted me to phone Moss Hall and speak to the manager. His further description of the car resulted in me driving the 100 miles to Heywood for a test drive. Moss Hall's premises are beautifully restored in a lovely setting. The manager was very helpful and the car was immaculately presented for the test drive. A good route including some motorway, and upon my return Alan had already valued my part exchange. After a friendly haggle the deal was done. I collected my new car the following week and it had been serviced and valeted for me. All the paperwork was quickly completed and I was soon on my way home. All in all as good an experience as I have had, with an excellent part exchange deal as well. I have no hesitation in awarding Moss Hall 5 stars and cannot recommend them too highly.

Bought a car From Brody, the car was delivered to me in Portsmouth. When the car arrived, it had developed a fault however Brody arranged a local repair under warrenty, which he paid for with no quibble. his attitude was excellent theroughout, didnt argue at any point. It was a refreshing experience to deal with a car dealer that accepts their responsibilities with no quibble. I would quite happily trust this dealer with another purchase.
